Youth Development Services
The MSTP is one of the priority program of the City Government for poverty reduction, livelihood opportunities and empowerment of the Ilagueños implemented since 2001. The MSTP is an institutionalized program of the LGU fully supported by City Mayor Josemarie L. Diaz.
